QA | QC Engineer Job In GULF With Family Company: World wide Immigration Service Llp Date Posted: 20 Feb, 2025

• Experience: 2 to 7 Years

1. Reporting metrics and statistics on quality related issues such as CoPQ and NCR.
2. Verify that all quality related activities are in accordance with codes and standards.
3. Responsible for preparing Quality Plan that supports the project and clients’ requirements on quality assurance and quality control.
4. Ensure that non-conforming project activities including potential non-conformances are identified and resolved through approved quality procedures.
5. Provide independent quality control audit of Client vendors/contractors and sub-contractors.
6. Ensure all Contractors’ QA/QC control measures and procedures are documented, implemented and auditable and fully comply with all Client and regulatory agency requirements.
7. Preparation of NDT Plan, NDT Procedures and related Documents with reference to Codes, standards and project specification.
8. Responsible for all field inspections and coordination of inspection activities to ensure the quality level.
9. Maintaining the quality assurance records and execution of periodic inspection on job.
10. Controlling the activities of QC Inspectors/NDT coordinators and giving proper instructions to them.
11. Ensure that the QC inspection work proceeds in accordance with project quality plan, control procedures and inspection procedures.
12. Facing of internal audits as an auditee, ensuring CA/PA compliance to NC’s.
