We are seeking a qualified Safety Advisor on a six months temporary project in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and adherence to safety protocols and procedures within the project.Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and industry standards.Provide safety training to employees and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.Investigate incidents and accidents, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to address safety concerns and implement solutions.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs, making recommendations for improvement as needed.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in occupational health and safety.Requirements:NEBOSH certification is mandatory.A minimum of 2 years of experience working in the oil and gas industry.Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards relevant to the oil and gas sector.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.Valid UAE residency or work permit.Must be in UAE.Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume outlining their qualifications and relevant experience in the "apply" section and email to info@najmaconsultancy.com with your CV.
