Studio Director / Business Development Director (Interior) / UAEOur client, a renowned international interior design studio, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Studio Director / Business Development Director to lead their thriving Dubai studio. This pivotal role requires a skilled individual to manage the studio's operations while actively driving business development initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.Manage and mentor a talented team of designers and project managers.Foster a collaborative and creative studio culture.Maintain high standards of design excellence and project delivery.Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.Develop and implement effective business development strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and industry professionals.Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to clients.Negotiate contracts and manage client relationships.Oversee the studio's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Monitor project budgets and ensure profitability.Manage the studio's resources effectively.Qualifications and Experience:Proven track record in the interior design industry, particularly in the Middle East region.Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong financial management and analytical skills..A strong network of industry contacts and clients.We look forward to hearing from qualified candidates.70 Brunswick StreetStockton on TeesClevelandTS18 1DW
