- Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering, construction, building, or related field
- Engineering license an advantage but not required
- At least 3-4 years related experience on the same position as project engineer, project in charge, site engineer
- With experience in Hi -end Residential projects is an advantage but not required
- Can do Autocad , Estimation of Materials, BIlling, Cutting list, Gantt Chart.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering, building, construction, and design
- Proven track record in managing personnel and material resources
- Exemplary critical thinking, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Active listening and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use the scientific process to solve problems
- Dedication to learning new concepts and strategies
