SFDC - Business Function Analysis & Business Architect

Job Title: Lead Business Analyst – Salesforce Exp- 10-15yrs Notice- Immediate- 15 days Location: Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad & Kolkata Job Summary: The Lead Business Analyst will serve as the key liaison between stakeholders and the technical teams, ensuring seamless translation of business needs into Salesforce solutions. The role requires expertise in requirement gathering, business process design, and project delivery using Salesforce platforms. The candidate will also lead efforts to ensure the successful implementation of projects by collaborating with clients, architects, developers, and QA teams. Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Create detailed business process flows, including As-Is and To-Be states, using tools such as Lucidchart.
• Translate high-level business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

1. Project Delivery:

• Track project deliverables, review for quality, and ensure timely closure.
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide support during deployment.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

1. Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for client coordination and communication.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates.
• Escalate issues and risks appropriately to ensure project timelines are maintained.

1. Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and test scenarios.
• Maintain project artifacts and ensure traceability for audit and compliance purposes.
• Develop and present dashboards and reports summarizing project progress and outcomes.

1. Technical Expertise and Guidance:

• Leverage Salesforce technologies, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, to propose effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the development team to design and implement Salesforce configurations and customizations.
• Ensure seamless integration with third-party tools such as JIRA, MuleSoft, DocuSign, and Jitterbit.

1. Certifications and Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to compliance requirements such as FDA or industry-specific standards.
• Provide support in preparing project summaries and monitoring reports for regulatory bodies.

1. Education:

• MBA in Finance or equivalent educational background.

1. Professional Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in Salesforce projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in requirement gathering, client coordination, and project delivery .
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

1. Certifications:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
• Salesforce Admin
• Salesforce Community Cloud Consultant

1. Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Salesforce tools and modules.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with integration tools such as MuleSoft and Jitterbit.
• Experience with issue tracking tools like JIRA.
