Job Description: ETL Developer (Informatica PowerCenter & IICS) Experience: 3 to 6 years Location: Bangalore About the Role: We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer with expertise in Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), ETL processes, and Data Warehousing (DWH). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in data extraction, transformation, loading, and optimization to support enterprise data management and analytics. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and IICS. • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various structured and unstructured sources. • Implement data warehousing (DWH) solutions, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency. • Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and efficiency. • Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business teams to understand data requirements. • Troubleshoot and resolve ETL issues, ensuring seamless data flow. • Maintain data governance, security, and compliance with industry best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 3 to 6 years of experience in ETL development and data integration. • Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica IICS. • Proficiency in SQL for querying, performance tuning, and database management. • Solid understanding of data warehousing (DWH) concepts and best practices. • Experience in data migration, transformation, and integration projects. • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize ETL workflows for performance improvements. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working with cloud-based ETL solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Knowledge of big data platforms like Hadoop, Spark, or Databricks. • Exposure to data modeling and BI reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
