Job Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for generating business and driving revenue by developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other business partners. This role requires a proactive sales professional with strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a deep understanding of the luxury hospitality market. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales in corporate, leisure, MICE, and other key market segments.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and proactively seek new partnerships.
  3. Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to showcase the hotel’s offerings.
  4. Actively prospect and qualify leads to maximize revenue potential.
Revenue Generation & Strategy:
  1. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  2. Work closely with the Revenue and Marketing teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and sales strategies.
  3. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  4. Participate in sales blitzes, networking events, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
Client Relationship Management:
  1. Provide personalized service to high-profile clients, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
  2. Manage client accounts, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term partnerships.
  3. Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
  4. Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM databases regularly.
Collaboration & Coordination:
  1. Work closely with the Events, Marketing, and Revenue teams to develop tailored sales strategies.
  2. Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client bookings and events.
  3. Assist in the preparation of reports, forecasts, and sales performance analysis.
Qualifications & Experience:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales role within luxury hotels or hospitality.
  3. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  4. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop client relationships.
  5. Knowledge of local and international hospitality markets.
  6. Proficiency in sales software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
  7. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
