Continuously seek new opportunities to grow revenue through product improvements and innovations;
Develop and implement a strategic vision for the partnerships department to drive growth and profitability;
Conduct personal meetings with key publishers to strengthen partnership;
Build and implement a systematic approach to working with publishers within the department;
Monitor and ensure the achievement of monthly and annual business KPIs;
Track performance metrics and analyze; Work closely with other departments to address and resolve publisher-related challenges effectively;
Recruit, onboard, and train employees to build a high-performing team;

What we expect:

Experience in a similar role (Head of Publishers, Partnerships Manager, or in business development) in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or technology;
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and working with publishers;
Proven track record of communicating with top employees;
Ability to analyze data and work with performance metrics to make informed decisions;
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key partners and colleagues;
Experience in building and managing teams, with the ability to motivate and train employees;
Strategic thinking and results-oriented, with strong analytical skills;
Possibility to travel;
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
