• Proven experience (5-7 years) in a spa management role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness services, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
