Call Center Agent (Freshers can apply)

We are looking for Telesales Agents to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with US-based businesses over the call and offer them the digital marketing services and generate leads. Freshers with Excellent English Communication can also apply. (O levels and A Levels are preferred) Timing: : pm to : am Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to US-based businesses.
• Present and promote digital marketing services and graphic designing, including SEO, Web Development, Social Media Marketing, and other related services.
• Generate Leads from Calling.

• Excellent Spoken English.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions in a clear and concise manner.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethics.
• American accent will be a plus.
• Identify and qualify leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
