Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve issues related to products, services, or account management.
- Provide detailed and accurate information to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Assist in product or service feedback collection and improvement.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while providing customer solutions.
Job Requirements
Requirements:- Proven experience in customer service or support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
- Fluent in English & French (additional languages are a plus).
