Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve issues related to products, services, or account management.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information to customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Assist in product or service feedback collection and improvement.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures while providing customer solutions.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer service or support roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
  • Fluent in English & French (additional languages are a plus).
