Fashion Designer

Position Overview: We are seeking highly creative and skilled Fashion Designers- Accessories and Fashion Designer- Menswear to join our esteemed design team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for luxury fashion, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to conceptualize and execute unique and avant-garde costume designs. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative and high-end costume designs in line with the brand's aesthetic.
• Stay updated on global fashion trends, historical costume references, and emerging design techniques to bring fresh and distinctive ideas to the design table.
• Create detailed sketches, mood boards, and design prototypes that showcase the vision and concept of each costume.
• Select appropriate fabrics, materials, and embellishments to ensure the highest quality and luxury standards for each design.
• Oversee the entire costume production process, working closely with the production team to bring designs to life.
• Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to achieve the perfect fit and silhouette for each costume.
• Ensure that designs align with the brand's identity, maintaining consistency and excellence in craftsmanship.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and events, providing insights into the creative process behind each collection.

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in costume design are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Designer in a luxury fashion setting, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of designs of 2 to 4 years.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
