Lux Motors Car Rental, a leading car rental company in Dubai, is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach and ensure sustainable growth.
- Warehouse Management: Supervise fleet availability and maintain operational resources efficiently.
- Fleet Renewal: Oversee the buying and selling of vehicles to ensure an optimized fleet.
- Regulatory & Administrative Management: Handle all renewals, including trade licenses, vehicle registration, and insurance policies.
- Governmental Affairs: Manage all government-related matters, including dealings with RTA, court cases, and other regulatory bodies.
- Staff Training & Performance Management: Lead, train, and improve the performance of administrative and sales teams.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in car rental management or a related industry.
- Strong strategic and operational management skills to enhance efficiency and revenue growth.
- Proven ability to manage government and regulatory affairs in Dubai.
- Excellent negotiation and business relationship management skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Expertise in inventory management and financial planning for vehicle purchasing and selling.
