Legal Counsel - Real Estate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel – Real Estate to oversee and manage legal matters related to real estate transactions and corporate legal affairs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, as well as providing strategic legal advice to support business operations. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate, execute, and implement contracts, including but not limited to Lease Deeds, Leave and License Agreements, RFPs, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, and other real estate and corporate legal documents.
• Provide legal support to various business functions in the negotiation, execution, and closing of project-related legal documents.
• Conduct due diligence and coordinate with external agencies on legal aspects of real estate transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable real estate laws and regulations.
• Mitigate legal risks and provide proactive legal counsel on real estate transactions and corporate legal matters.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to ensure the smooth execution of legal agreements.

• Law degree from a leading law school.
• Licensed to practice law in India.
• Extensive legal experience with a strong focus on real estate negotiations and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Indian real estate laws and regulations.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
