Your Role: As a Catering Services Unit Manager , you will support the General Manager in ensuring the seamless operation of our catering services. Your role will focus on maintaining high service standards, optimising efficiency, and delivering an exceptional dining experience for our corporate clients. Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily catering operations, ensuring service and food quality excellence.
2. Lead and support a team to provide outstanding hospitality and customer service.
3. Control budgets, inventory, and supplier relations for cost-effective operations.
4. Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and corporate regulations.
5. Collaborate with the client to enhance and tailor hospitality services to their needs.
