Company Description Ramada by Wyndham Beach Hotel Ajman is a hotel located on the Ajman Corniche offering panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. The hotel is conveniently situated 25km from the Dubai airport and its commercial and cultural attractions, as well as 15km from Sharjah airport. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Guest Service Agent role at Ramada by Wyndham Beach Hotel Ajman, located in Ajman Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests, managing reservations, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Qualifications
- Fluency in Russian language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
