We are looking for a Security Architect / Security Engineer with extensive experience in designing, engineering, and implementing security solutions to protect our organization’s IT infrastructure. As part of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for identifying security threats, designing effective security controls, and implementing security measures to safeguard our systems, applications, and data. Key Responsibilities:

Design and engineer security architecture, identifying potential security threats and designing and implementing necessary security controls.
Deploy security solutions and identify security gaps, vulnerabilities, and potential threats across systems and data.
Provide recommendations, strategies, and plans to enhance security measures.
Review and approve third-party security solutions or technologies, ensuring that they meet organizational security requirements and relevant compliance standards.
Collaborate closely with network engineers, software developers, and other IT professionals to ensure the security and compliance of systems and applications.
Develop and enforce security protocols related to application security, database security, and cloud security.
Manage security operations and coordinate incident response to mitigate potential threats and breaches.

Key Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in security architecture, engineering, and IT security.
Deep knowledge and experience in application security , database security , cloud security , and security operations .
Proven experience in identifying, designing, and implementing security controls and security measures.
Strong knowledge of incident response , vulnerability management, and threat mitigation.
Experience working with security solutions and technologies such as Tenable VA , Kaspersky AV , Cybereason EDR is a plus.
Ability to review and approve third-party security solutions for implementation within the organization.
Solid understanding of security compliance standards and frameworks.
Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including network engineers and software developers.
