Job Overview

Ma'aden Aluminium Company (MAC) is seeking an experienced Lead Geoscientist to join its team. As a key member of the company's geological department, the successful candidate will play a critical role in the success of our mining operations. Job Responsibilities: The Lead Geoscientist will be responsible for overseeing drilling programs, ensuring they meet operational requirements. This includes developing and implementing grade control drilling programs to improve geological modelling, grade control processes, and resource estimation modelling. Additional responsibilities include supervising mine geologists, geotechnicians, and drilling contractors, as well as providing technical advice to senior management. Key deliverables include advanced analysis, interpretation, and reporting of program results, data QAQC drilling programs, and evaluating near-mine exploration targets including target ranking. Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Earth Science related discipline
Eligible for registration as a professional geologist
10 years' experience as a geologist
Proven experience in open pit and/or underground mine geology
Proven experience in structurally complex gold epithermal systems
