Senior Events Coordinator - Riyadh - Sage Lake Senior Living

Sage Lake Senior Living in Riyadh seeks a highly skilled and experienced Events Specialist to oversee our comprehensive tournaments and events. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and executing events that exceed expectations. We offer a unique opportunity to work in a luxurious environment, blending the rich cultural heritage of Saudi Arabia with the timeless allure of golf. Our ideal candidate has a degree in hospitality management or a relevant field, along with at least 4 years of experience in event management. Responsibilities include:

Planning and executing events that meet financial and time constraints;
Providing line management and support to Events Assistants;
Introducing innovations to enhance the quality of events activity;
Collaborating with the Head of Events and Engagement to develop key performance indicators;
Supporting team members in securing event sponsorship and designing events to deliver agreed opportunities;
Providing professional advice on event feasibility, planning, and external sponsorship opportunities.
