Home Appliance & Home Entertainment Technician
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will install, maintain, and repair home appliances. You will ensure all installations are completed to the highest standards and provide exceptional customer service. HA (Home Appliance) : This includes LG's household appliances, such as:- Washing machines & dryers
- Air conditioners & air purifiers
- Dishwashers
- Microwave ovens & cooking appliances
- OLED, QNED, NanoCell, and UHD TVs
- Blu-ray players & projectors
- Gaming monitors
- Install, configure, and test.
- Troubleshoot and repair technical issues efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing operational guidance.
- Document all work completed, including service reports.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
- High school diploma/Technical certification.
- Proven experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.
