Job Title: Senior Unity Developer – Gaming Studio (Hybrid) Location: Johar Town, Lahore (Hybrid) Experience: 2 to 4 Years (Gaming Industry) About Us We are launching a new gaming studio as part of our business expansion! While we already run a well-established recruitment agency , we are now stepping into the gaming industry with a passionate team dedicated to developing engaging and high-quality games. Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Unity Game Developer to join our team and bring our gaming concepts to life. You will be responsible for developing immersive and engaging mobile games , optimizing performance, and ensuring smooth gameplay across iOS and Android platforms. Responsibilities

1. Develop and optimize 2D/3D mobile games using Unity.
2. Implement game mechanics, UI, animations, and effects for a smooth user experience.
3. Collaborate with designers and artists to create visually appealing and interactive games.
4. Optimize game performance for mobile devices to ensure high FPS and low memory usage.
5. Integrate third-party SDKs, APIs, and in-app monetization solutions (AdMob, Unity Ads, etc.).
6. Debug and resolve issues related to gameplay, UI, and performance .

Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience in Unity game development (mobile games).
2. Proficiency in C# programming and Unity engine .
3. Experience in mobile game optimization, debugging, and performance tuning .
4. Hands-on experience with physics engines, animation tools, and UI/UX integration .
5. Familiarity with third-party SDKs, multiplayer networking, and monetization strategies .
