From leasing commercial office space to large MNCs, and startups; warehousing space to logistics companies and storage companies; to helping in purchasing residential homes, finding land for developing and arranging for funding for developers – the company is engaged with real estate clients in every aspect. Team Member Role: Assistant Manager/Manager – Corporate Real Estate Transaction What Would the Work entail?
- Demonstrate strong business development activities through networking, industry seminars and other sources.
- Reach out & follow up with the fastest-growing corporate companies and secure business.
- Proactively engage with key decision makers of potential clients to understand and analyze the possible commercial office space requirement.
- Should be able to assess client requirements and serve promptly to maximize closure opportunities.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships.
- Pool details of the property concerning coordinates and details of the land /property owner and conduct site inspections.
- Assess client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, and participate in proposal discussions.
- Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow-up, and accurate & timely submission of company proposals to prospective clientele and overall governance during the execution phase.
- Negotiations: should be able to get the deal closure by negotiating fair terms between buyer and seller
- Documentation: Understand the deal and get actively involved in the due diligence process and documentation thereafter.
- Self-starter, resourceful, confident, well-organized, highly dependable, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Passion, integrity, critical thinking and analytical skills, agility and flexibility, and a continuous learning mindset
- Excellent organization skills, the ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills enable the development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
