Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the Quality Management System requirements and procedures including Certification and Customer requirements.
  • Work within Environmental and Health & Safety requirements procedures.
  • handle all the internal and external communication with suppliers and Customers to enhance Customer Satisfaction and monitor it.
  • Handle all quality related duties including Assembly Quality, Auditing and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Solve any issue related to the production lines in terms of Quality.
  • Responsible for arranging the audits in the company such as Gemba Walk, Internal Audit and LPA.
  • Handle all issues related to customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain the company targets for internal PPM remain within target.
  • lead and manage the subordinates reporting to him/her to achieve targets and objectives set by the Company.
  • Set targets and objectives to subordinates and evaluate the respective levels of performance.
  • Training of new staff on quality related subjects.
  • Initiate line stoppage of and shipments when the process is not according to procedure.
  • Maintain a quality management system conforms to the requirements of this international standard.
  • Ensure that the processes are delivering their intended outputs.
  • Focus on the performance of the quality management system and on improvement opportunities.
  • Promoting of customer focus through the organization.
  • Ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.
  • Ensure that customer requirement are met as setting quality objective and related training, corrective and preventing action , dealing with customer portals & scorecard.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Electrical or Mechanical.
  • QMS related certifications is a must.
  • Black belt in lean six sigma is a must.
  • IATF and VDA experience is a must.
  • at least 10 years of work experience in manufacturing with proven experience in managerial role for 2 years.
  • knowledge of quality tools methods ( DoE, FMEA, FTA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, SWOT, 8D method)
  • Problem solving tools like Ishikawa diagram 5w
  • Excellent writing skills, strong interpersonal skills and superior organizational abilities.
  • Able to take initiative, to maintain confidentiality, to meet deadlines, and to work in a team environment is essential.
  • highly flexible and multitasking.
  • Excellent communication and English language skills
  • approach, enthusiastic with an emphasis on accuracy and quality of work.
  • Excellent Communicator.
  • Advanced computer skills are essential.
