Finance and Payroll Senior Executive

Job Description Full-Time Positions We are looking for an experienced Finance & Payroll Senior Executive to join our Singapore HQ. Responsibilities Responsible for month end closing (i.e. preparation of Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Notes to Accounts and audit schedules). Process payroll, claims, payslips etc. Handle payments, billings, collections, vendor contracts and bookkeeping procedures. Prepare and submit GST to the government authorities. Manage the company’s cash flow, including preparation and monitoring of incoming and outgoing funds. Act as a liaison with the company’s external parties including banks, auditors, tax agents, company secretary and other regulatory bodies. BONUS: Familiar with US accounting regulation and procedures. Any other accounting duties as assigned. Qualifications Professional Qualification or Diploma in Accounting/Finance. Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting. Minimum 5 years of experience in Payroll. Minimum 3 years of experience in Singapore SME accounting role. Must be able to work independently, take initiative, assume responsibility and make decisions in an effective and efficient manner. Willing to work in a young, multicultural, dynamic environment. Fluent written/verbal communication skills in English. Certification in ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent. Personal Competencies Motivated and a quick learner. Hardworking and willing to learn.
