The Work As a Data & AI Strategy Manager, you will shape the vision and create opportunities for Data & AI led business reinvention within the Banking & Capital Markets industry. In this role you will:

• Define and structure an organization's data and AI strategy to build and optimize data assets, AI technologies for growth & competitive advantages.
• Assess maturity of an organization's data and AI foundation.
• Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and future-ready operating model.
• Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
• Drive data & AI agenda for Banking & Capital Markets clients.
• Lead small to medium sized teams with diverse backgrounds skills and knowledge.
• Effectively manage and coach others, collaborating with internal and external parties.
• Support client sales origination and thought leadership development.

Qualifications Here's what you need:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in professional services / management consulting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI, Valuation & Modeling analytics and AI within Capital Markets and Banking.
• Should possess a solid understanding of AI technologies, including how models work, their applications in investment workflows, and the ability to identify and implement AI-driven use cases to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Experience in capital markets or exposure to the investment industry.
• Experience designing the organization of systems that incorporate artificial intelligence techniques and capabilities and creating frameworks and structures to enable the development and deployment of AI applications.
• Experience with developing and deploying data lineage and data quality capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Engineering, or Quantitative Finance.
