Brand Manager Personal Care MENA You’re not the person who will settle for just any role. Neither are we. An exciting opportunity has come forth for Brand Manager leading brand building and activation on personal care brands across MENA. This role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager for MENA. The role purpose is to super charge growth of personal care brands via leading execution of local communication & innovation toolkits and supporting marketing & commercial organization with brand initiatives to deliver top line growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand building and activation:
- Analysing consumer & RMS insights for commercial action & improvements.
- Collaborating with commercial teams, local creative & media agencies to execute local campaigns holistically across all consumer touchpoints.
- Project management of innovations & campaigns, stakeholder management to ensure on time in full delivery of all initiatives.
Brand Development
- Interface with Global/Regional teams for local input on communication tool kits.
- Cross functionally collaborate with extended teams for bringing all innovations from idea to execution in market.

This is an individual contributor role for those who hold Saudi Nationality (as per government requirements) based in Jeddah. This role is available for local candidates; Kimberly-Clark will not provide relocation support for this role.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Approx 3+ years of FMCG experience (multinational is a plus), preferably in personal care/beauty categories.
Brand building experience preferred; develop local/adapting regional communications, project management of innovations and executing in-market (consumer insight generation & analysis, 360 launch – media planning, communication, on-ground activation etc).
Experience working with cross functional teams and external agency partners (media, creative, activation, consumer insights, packaging development agencies etc).
Saudi national only, fluent in English.
Based in Jeddah or open to relocation to Jeddah.
