Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for Saudi, Bahrain, and Qatar.
  2. Demand Generation: Develop and execute demand generation strategies to promote AWEX life safety products (fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, etc.) by working closely with consultants, end users, and fire contractors.
  3. Consultant Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with fire and safety consultants to ensure AWEX products are specified in early project stages and aligned with consultant recommendations.
  4. End User Relations: Work with end users (building owners, facility managers, etc.) to understand their life safety needs and ensure AWEX products meet their requirements.
  5. Fire Contractor Alliances: Establish partnerships with fire contractors, offering them competitive advantages to choose AWEX life safety solutions in their projects.
  6. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and project opportunities.
  7. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, with a focus on demand generation, product positioning, and market penetration.
  8. Technical Expertise: Maintain a high level of technical knowledge of AWEX life safety products and services to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
  9. Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to the senior management team, tracking progress against goals and adjusting strategies as needed.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering. - Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the life safety or fire protection industry. - Strong network of relationships with consultants, end users, and fire contractors in the life safety field in UAE. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and develop new market opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
