Assistant Director of Nursing (Geriatrics/Gerontology/Oncology/Palliative)

Renowned Healthcare Institution Senior Nursing Leadership Role Collaborative Working Environment You will plan, coordinate, and direct the overall operations of the Nursing Department that are aligned to the organization's strategic plan. You will also lead and manage the operations including the implementation of clinical practices, review of nursing audits, and service quality activities. In addition, you will lead a nursing team to manage staffing needs, conduct ward rounds, mentor/supervise nurses in their clinical practice, and participate in hospital committees/projects. Requirements: Registered Nurse with at least 12 years of nursing management experience, including at least 5 years as Senior Nurse Manager or above. Preferably a Post-graduate in Management or Nursing with an Advanced Diploma in any Nursing discipline. Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong leadership and people management skills. Must have experience/involvement in Quality and Risk Management Committee/Task Force/Project.
