Job Summary The Investor Relations Manager and Board Secretary is a strategic role responsible for fostering strong relationships with investors, providing accurate and timely information, and ensuring effective board governance. The role involves managing investor communications, conducting investor meetings, preparing investor presentations, and overseeing board activities, including meeting planning, minute-taking, and committee management. Responsibilities

Investor Relations
Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Manage investor communications, including responding to inquiries, preparing investor presentations, and drafting press releases.
Organize and conduct investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
Monitor investor sentiment, media coverage, and industry trends.
Provide Input in investor reports, including quarterly and annual reports.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor databases.

Board Secretary

Coordinate and manage all board meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and distributing materials.
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, resolutions, and other board documentation.
Maintain accurate board records and corporate governance files.
Provide administrative support to the board of directors.
Coordinate the activities of board committees, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing materials.
Ensure compliance with corporate governance best practices and regulatory requirements.
