1. 15 years of experience (planning/planner) with a BS degree in Civil Engineering from a well-known university. 2. 3 years of experience in Operation and Maintenance Projects (Sewage Treatment Plant – STP, Roads, Buildings, Water Networks, Public Facilities, etc.). 3. Ability to use programs/software related to Operation and Maintenance Projects. 4. Proficient in speaking and writing in English. 5. Resident in Saudi Arabia with a transferable iqama.
