Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Job Duty Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and personal support to the Director, ensuring efficient daily operations.
- Manage personal affairs, including coordinating daily schedules, arranging travel, and organizing social engagements.
- Assist with hospitality activities, such as planning and executing private dinners, meetings, and conferences.
- Oversee daily office operations, including supplies management and communication with staff and vendors.
- Provide ad-hoc personal assistance as needed, adapting to the Director's changing priorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor' s degree in any discipline
- Candidates with experience in mainland projects are preferred.
- A positive and cheerful demeanor with strong logical thinking and interpersonal skills.
- High level of reliability, initiative, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
- Flexibility to work overtime or on holidays as required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
