Role Overview The Area General Manager (AGM) will be responsible for identifying high-potential cities, strategizing franchise expansion, and ensuring the successful onboarding of franchise partners. This role requires a proactive leader who can build strong relationships, drive business growth, and guide a team to achieve franchise development goals. Key Responsibilities 1. Market Identification & Strategy:
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to identify potential cities for Livspace franchise expansion.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze building material data and identify key growth opportunities.
- Develop strategic plans for expansion and franchise penetration in target areas.
- Lead, guide, and support assigned team members in collecting and analyzing leads from potential areas.
- Train and mentor the team to align with Livspace’s franchise selection criteria.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration to enhance overall franchise development performance.
- Identify, scrutinize, and shortlist potential franchise profiles that align with Livspace’s standards.
- Oversee the scheduling of meetings with prospective franchise partners.
- Ensure a seamless engagement process with interested prospects.
- Plan and execute weekly visits to potential franchise areas to assess market dynamics.
- Build strong relationships with prospective partners and pitch the Livspace franchise model effectively.
- Drive franchise conversions through personalized engagement.
- Facilitate the onboarding of selected franchise partners.
- Ensure all operational, legal, and business setup processes are completed within the stipulated timelines.
- Provide ongoing support to newly onboarded franchise partners.
- Achieve and exceed franchise onboarding targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective action when needed.
- Continuously refine strategies to enhance franchise development success.
- Successful onboarding of new franchise partners.
- Meeting and exceeding franchise onboarding targets.
- Ensuring timely completion of franchise operational setup.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 6-8 years of experience in business development, franchise operations, or sales.
- Proven Track Record: Experience in lead generation, partner onboarding, and achieving business targets.
- Leadership Skills: Strong team management and mentorship abilities.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel extensively to meet prospects and explore new markets.
