Participate in evaluation of original estimates. Cost coding of the entire budget to facilitate cost control. Monitor the cost by computing commitment and evaluate “Estimate to Complete” to minimize cost overrun through early detection and project re-direction. Prepare cash flow and continuous updation. Prepare various reports both for internal management as well as for the client. Monthly appraisal of status of progress Vs manhour spent to each discipline lead engineer for early detection and control of manhour overrun. Co-ordinate invoicing activities. Preparation of Project Budget and periodic (Quarterly) updation. BE Mechanical with 5 years' experience from oil and gas industries
