Accounting-Finance Manager, Dublin Salary: 60-75K Neg DOE Location: Sandyford, Dublin 18 Job Requirements: o Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields; CPA or ACCA certification is a strong advantage. o Minimum 5 years' experience in finance or accounting, with expertise in handling a full set of accounts. o Prior experience in the automobile industry is advantageous. o Strong understanding of Irish financial regulations and tax laws. o Proficient in financial software and tools o Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. o Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. o Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal. o Must be fully eligible to work in Ireland. Responsibilities: o Handle full set of accounting functions, including financial statement preparation, budgeting, and forecasting. o Ensure compliance with local tax laws, regulations, and reporting standards. o Manage cash flow, financial planning, and risk management strategies to optimize financial performance. o Maintain compliance with local financial and statutory regulations. o Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and provide insights for decision-making. o Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other external partners. o Support cross-departmental collaboration to align financial operations with business objectives.
