In this role you will manage a caseload of relocating employees and their families, both internationally and domestically. You will be responsible for managing the entire relocation process; coordinating all services, and ensuring the employee and family are more than satisfied with the services provided. Responsibilities:

  1. Understand and embrace client policies and culture to ensure seamless counselling and connection with customers.
  2. Liaise with client’s global mobility/ HR contact to ensure an overall excellent client/customer experience and adherence to corporate policy.
  3. Effectively communicate information to ensure smooth execution of assignments/relocations.
  4. Responsible for coordination of worldwide relocations, proactively managing and anticipating next steps in order to support the relocating employee and family delivering outstanding customer service.
  5. Provide end-to-end service delivery including a full needs analysis, organizing orientation, home search, school search, settling in services, household goods support.
  6. Being proactive in supporting all account functions and identifies strategic solutions to solve challenges.
  7. Managing client relationships with a focus on timely responsiveness as appropriate for clients.
  8. Leverage technology to timely update systems with service process information from customers, clients, and external service partners to ensure real time progress of services.
  9. Maintain data privacy protocols to ensure transfer and provision of information is data privacy compliant at all times.
  10. Participate in regular account-specific communication sessions, team meetings, and learning services to continuously improve performance.
  11. Facilitates resolution of exceptions and escalations as per client operational guidelines; liaises with Account Manager, Team Lead and Client Services Manager on operational, escalation and exception issues. Manage the customer feedback process and any improvement opportunities presented.
  12. Develops and builds positive professional relationships with customer, and designated service partners to fulfil authorized services and to assure quality of services.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 1 year relocation industry given preference or equivalent customer services experience in a global environment.
  2. Bilingual skills are a plus.
  3. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
  4. Well-developed, consultative skills with strong attention to detail.
  5. Proficient computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office - Must skill.
  6. Strong communication – both verbal and written, and good presentation skills.
  7. Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
  8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and display tact and discretion at all times.
  9. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
  10. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment and display flexibility.
  11. Ability to set priorities, manage time and workload and dependably meet strict deadlines.
  12. Confident can-do attitude and a willingness to support stakeholders in effectively doing their job.
  13. Solution-oriented approach to problem solving and decision making.
  14. Strong people skills and the ability to convey a love for what you do.
  15. Ability to exude confidence and reassure customers and clients.
