Interior architectural designer

We are looking for a talented Interior Architectural Designer to join our team! Responsibilities: Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and preferences. Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space layouts. Select and source materials, furniture, fixtures, and color palettes. Collaborate with 3 D visualizers to create detailed design plans and visualizations. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and architects to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure designs comply with safety regulations and building codes. Integrate ergonomic and functional elements into layouts. Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations. Develop business plans, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into clients. Assist the Design Director to ensure seamless project delivery. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in residential interior design. Strong eye for design, spatial planning, proportions, and color. Good understanding of timeless design principles and current trends. Proficient in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, 3 D Max and Adobe Suite. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from concept to completion. Experience coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies. Willingness to conduct site inspections with the Project Manager to maintain high quality standards.
