About Kimpton Riyadh Located in King Abdullah Financial District which is set in the heart of the Saudi capital, 22-kilometers away from the airport, Kimpton Riyadh is the first Kimpton in the Middle East bringing the brand’s playful energy, infectious personality, and unique design style to this LEED certified landmark development home to 1.6 million square meters of state-of-the-art office space, world-class venues and iconic luxury residences. The hotel welcomes guests to experience its 212 guest rooms and suites and to enjoy its unique dining options. Day to Day- Patrol and Surveillance : Conducting regular patrols of the hotel premises, both inside and outside, to monitor for any unusual activities or security breaches. Ensuring all security systems are functioning correctly.
- CCTV Monitoring : Operating and monitoring CCTV cameras to keep a vigilant eye on all areas of the hotel. Identifying and responding to any suspicious activities in real-time.
- Access Control : Managing access to the hotel and restricted areas within the property. Monitoring entrances and exits to ensure only authorized individuals are allowed entry.
- Incident Response : Responding promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms. Providing first aid, coordinating evacuations, and liaising with emergency services when necessary.
- Guest Assistance : Assisting guests with security-related concerns, providing directions, and ensuring they feel safe and secure within the hotel premises.
- Conflict Resolution : Handling conflicts between guests or between guests and staff diplomatically and effectively, ensuring that situations do not escalate.
- Incident Reporting : Documenting all security incidents, disturbances, or breaches in detailed reports. Maintaining accurate records for legal purposes and improving future security measures.
- Property Protection : Protecting the hotel property from damage, theft, and vandalism. Ensuring that all areas are secure and that security measures are in place.
- Safety Inspections : Conducting regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration : Working closely with other departments, such as Front Office and Housekeeping, to ensure a coordinated approach to security. Communicating security updates and requirements to relevant stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree, higher education qualification or equivalent in Hotel Administration / Business Administration
- Two to Three years’ prior tenure in a similar role
- International luxury hotel chain background
- English Fluency is required
- Arabic Fluency is preferred
