Timings: 7pm - 4am PKT (Onsite) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Cyber Security to lead and coordinate cybersecurity projects across various domains. The ideal candidate will manage project scope, timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication while ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution : Develop and implement cybersecurity project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Risk & Compliance Management : Identify cybersecurity risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).
3. Stakeholder Coordination : Collaborate with IT, security teams, vendors, and executive leadership to drive project success.
4. Resource & Budget Management : Allocate resources efficiently, manage project budgets, and ensure cost-effective security solutions.
5. Monitoring & Reporting : Track project progress, generate reports, and present updates to leadership.
6. Incident Response & Security Enhancement : Support security initiatives, threat analysis, and incident response planning.
7. Change Management : Ensure smooth adoption of cybersecurity enhancements with minimal disruption to business operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

1. Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. Experience : 5+ years in project management with a strong focus on cybersecurity.
3. Certifications (preferred): PMP, CISSP, CISM, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
4. Technical Knowledge : Understanding of cybersecurity tools, cloud security, network security, and compliance standards.
5. Soft Skills : Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and risk management skills.

Preferred Experience

1. Experience in managing cybersecurity projects in sectors like finance, healthcare.
2. Familiarity with security automation, DevSecOps, and cloud security practices.
