Roles & Responsibilities The Medical Doctor will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to recruits across eight centers. This role requires commuting between centers to ensure the health and fitness of recruits, as well as implementing and overseeing health and wellness programs. The Medical Doctor will supervise and monitor medical conditions, screen for health problems and refer recruits to the hospitals when specialized care is needed. Key Responsibilities:
- Medical Assessments and Health Screenings
- Monitoring and Supervision of Medical Conditions
- Referrals to Hospitals
- Health and Wellness Programs
- Medical Records Management
- Collaboration and Communication with healthcare professionals
- Compliance and Training related to medical practices comply with DOH regulations
