Enterprise Sales Director (Corporate Travel Tech Industry)

Lead Sales Strategy & Drive Growth in the Corporate Travel Tech Industry A fast-growing technology company specializing in corporate travel management solutions is looking for a dynamic Enterprise Sales Director to lead sales strategy, execution, and client acquisition. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building long-term enterprise partnerships. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, SaaS, or corporate travel solutions, with the ability to scale sales operations and drive strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy to expand market share
  • Identify, develop, and close high-value corporate partnerships
  • Drive a pipeline of enterprise clients, ensuring revenue growth and long-term retention

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Build and manage relationships with C-level executives, procurement teams, and travel managers
  • Ensure customer needs are met with tailored SaaS-based corporate travel solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and improve customer experience

Market Expansion & Performance Optimization

  • Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and emerging opportunities in the corporate travel industry
  • Set and track key performance metrics, optimizing sales operations and team efficiency
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, B2B SaaS, or corporate travel solutions.
  • Proven track record in closing large enterprise deals and scaling sales operations
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills with executive-level clients
  • Experience in the Saudi market with a deep understanding of corporate travel procurement
  • Strong analytical skills, CRM proficiency, and ability to drive data-informed decision-making
