Mō te Tūranga | About the role - Senior Credit Risk Analyst We are looking for an individual with the aptitude, attitude, and enthusiasm for credit risk analytics management. You will be required to engage and work collaboratively with frontline and risk teams to rectify issues and provide valuable and timely insights. This role includes the development and maintenance of credit risk related reporting and dashboards, utilising tools like VBA, SQL and Tableau. You will also support the Financial Risk team in performing critical controls, and ensuring they remain current and well documented. The right candidate will be confident and experienced in these areas, with an appetite to resolve and escalate in a timely manner.

1. Enthusiastic, self-motivated and tenacious problem solver
2. Strong data, analytical, and problem-solving skills
3. Experience with general credit principles
4. Familiarity with lending and credit systems and tools
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
6. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and reliable outputs in a timely manner
