Quality Control Engineer (October city)

Job Description

1. Material Inspection - Inspect raw materials for defects against specifications prior to production. 2. In-Process Inspections: - Conduct regular inspections during manufacturing to ensure compliance with quality standards. 3. Final Product Inspection: - Verify finished products against established quality criteria before shipping. 4. Root Cause Analysis: - Analyze incidents to identify underlying causes and document findings. 5. Corrective Actions: - Implement and track corrective actions to address identified issues. 6. Continuous Improvement: - Regularly update the Quality Management System (QMS) based on findings and improvements. 7. Quality Metrics: - Establish and monitor metrics such as defect rates and customer complaints. 8. Production Monitoring: - Monitor production stages for adherence to quality standards and implement testing protocols. 9. Durability Testing: - Conduct tests to evaluate the durability of materials and systems. 10. Reporting: - Prepare detailed reports on malfunctions and corrective actions taken. 11. Customer Satisfaction Improvement: - Implement mechanisms for collecting customer feedback and collaborate with teams to address concerns.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, (production, Industrail ,Chemical ), or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality management principles.
• Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in quality control tools.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis
• Good analytical skills.
