Job Opportunity: Specialist – Continuous Improvements (Female Applicants Preferred) We are seeking a Specialist in Continuous Improvements to join our team and lead efforts in optimizing product quality and driving business process improvements. If you're passionate about driving impactful change and possess a solid background in data analysis, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement, we would love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop analytics for Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) using relevant data sets to identify key contributors, trends, and patterns.
- Build a forecast model for CoPQ to guide Finance and Quality leadership in understanding the impact of initiatives.
- Drive the implementation of the Quality Strategy by aligning strategic goals and objectives within the relevant Vestas business units.
- Set up and manage a continuous improvement framework to reduce product/component failures, defects, CoPQ, and improve business processes and maturity.
- Lead the development of Six Sigma and problem-solving competencies within Vestas.
- Collaborate with Digital Solutions teams to bring forward CoPQ-related analytics.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree with 10-12 years of relevant experience .
- Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt certified or trained.
- Hands-on experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) , implementing containment , corrective , and preventive actions .
- Strong knowledge of Six Sigma tools and methodologies like DMAIC , Lean , DFSS , etc.
- 3-5 years of experience in driving strategic initiatives and managing global continuous improvement projects .
- Experience with change management tools and processes is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in developing BI and Power BI dashboards .
- Proven ability in stakeholder management and project management .
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills , with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels across the organization.
- Ability to build strong networks and foster partnerships.
- Highly action-oriented , persistent, and passionate about driving improvements.
- Agile mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into simple, logical milestones .
- Fluent in English with outstanding verbal, written communication , and influencing skills .
