Regional Manager - Disability Service - East Community

TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting an experienced Regional Manager East Community on behalf of a leading disability service. This is a full time permanent contract working 39 hours per week for a section 39 organisation. Salary: €74,943.35 - €91,847.12 per annum Requirements: A third level qualification or relevant professional qualification. A minimum of 3 to 5 years management experience within the disability, broad personal social services or healthcare sector. Strategic leadership and people management skills and experience. Strategic planning and service development experience. Knowledge of current policy and developments in the disability sector. Excellent knowledge and understanding of the National Standards for Residential Services for Children and Adults with Disabilities, Trust in Care and Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults. Experience of the HIQA Inspection process and completion and monitoring of Action Plans to acceptance by HIQA. Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Assisted Decision Making (Capacity) (Amendment) Bill 2022. Experience in starting and developing new service provision in partnership with the HSE.
