Associate Director/Director – Procurement Consulting Firm

Location: Riyadh or Abu Dhabi Salary: Highly competitive tax-free salary with allowances and annual bonus Contact: Sofia at s.yousif@bramwithconsulting.com This global consulting firm, with a major presence in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, is looking to expand their presence in the region with the opportunity to work at the Director level leading some of the world’s most notable capital projects. This consulting firm has acquired some of the most globally renowned billion-dirham infrastructure projects. This role will provide a great chance to step into the infrastructure space. This firm is currently acquiring a new procurement advisory practice to support their commercial and major program project teams, where you will lead and support major project delivery of key 2030 vision projects in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Take on a pivotal Associate Director position with a fast-expanding organization, where you’ll play a key role in high-profile projects and chart a clear path to senior leadership and regional management. If you are looking for partner/VP level positions in the future, this is a career trajectory step in the right direction. Key Role Responsibilities:

Drive and build a high-performing procurement offering that can support clients across a range of activities including contract management, process optimization, spend, and supplier negotiation.
Act as a leader within the business and market, attending internal events and conferences within the region.
Support government agencies, sovereign wealth funds, and key major 2030 vision project teams within Saudi Arabia to reach their delivery targets.

Experience Required:

Senior management or Directorship within a global consulting organization is a must, along with proven experience and ability to manage and lead major clients across significant projects.
Experience working on major infrastructure projects.
Experience within the Saudi market is ideal, but not essential.
Degree-level education.
Industry accreditation such as CIPS or MCIPS is preferred.
