Interior Fit-out Site engineer and 2D AutoCAD details.

HMR Contracting and Services seeks a Fit-Out Engineer with proven experience in interior fit-out projects , ideally within the commercial or residential sectors. The ideal candidate must be a certified engineer, fluent in Arabic and English . Key Responsibilities

- Technical and Design Expertise

• Prepare and review AutoCAD and 2D technical drawings, plans, details, and layouts for interior fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to client requirements and industry standards.
• (Advantageous) Develop 3D visualizations, models, and renderings to enhance design presentations.

- Site Engineer:

• Manage fit-out projects from planning to completion , ensuring that all deliverables align daily with the project scope and timeline.
• Collaborate with laborers, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project specifications and expectations.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Review and interpret design drawings and specifications for implementation on-site.

- Site Supervision

• Supervise and coordinate all site activities, resolving on-site issues efficiently.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure project milestones are met and address any discrepancies.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively to achieve successful outcomes.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in fit-out or construction projects, preferably interior design and fit-out work .
• Languages: Proficient in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

• Proficient in AutoCAD and related software for 2D technical drawings.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling tools (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Rhino) is a plus.
• Driving License: Required.

• Male candidates are preferred for this role.
• Previous experience in Doha or familiarity with regional regulations is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
