What You’ll Do: As our new Graphic Designer, you'll create a wide range of eye-catching materials that captivate our audience and elevate our brand. Your creativity will bring to life:
- Catalogues and brochures that highlight our homes.
- Digital assets for eDMs, web, and social media that engage our audience.
- POS materials and signage that grab attention.
- Internal communications that motivate and inform our team.
- Visuals for our philanthropic and community programmes.
- Holds a degree in graphic design or a related field.
- Has at least 2 years of graphic design experience (experience in residential construction is a plus).
- In-house experience with the ability to manage projects from concept to finished art.
- Strong multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and eager to learn new trends.
- Meticulous attention to detail, even under tight deadlines.
- Values collaboration and communicates effectively with team members.
