We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as Lead Generation Specialist at ERTC Academy! Location: New Cairo, 1st settlement, opposite to Waterway mall Responsibilities:

• Handle lead generation and book appointments
• Design and deliver customized training programs for corporate clients.
• Conduct training needs assessments and recommend suitable solutions.
• Identify and engage potential clients, pitch training services, and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service delivery.
• Track and report sales activities, client feedback, and training outcomes.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a professional and client-focused approach.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements: Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven 3-5 years of experience in B2B & B2C sales in EDUCATIONAL fields and corporate training.
• Background in business development is a strong advantage.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of corporate training programs and business education solutions.
• Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills.
• Proficiency in conducting interviews and needs analysis to identify training requirements.
• Ability to design and deliver tailored solutions for clients.
• Solid knowledge of organizational development principles and practices.
• Sales acumen with the ability to pitch services, negotiate, and close deals.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with CRM software and tools for managing sales leads and customer relationships.

Languages:

• Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
