- Proven work experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant .
- In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
- Hands on experience with MS Office
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers machines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
