Material Planner Engineer

Job Description

• Collaborate with project manager and production teams to understand material specifications and project timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock of components.
• Analyze production schedules and adjust material plans to meet changing demands.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to material shortages or delays.
• Work with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials, resolving any supply chain issues.
• Maintain accurate records of material planning and procurement activities.
• Continuously improve material planning processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in material planning software (e.g., ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
